“Custom carts”

It is slowly becoming clear that "customized carts" can certainly be delivered, made and ordered. From Utrecht we got a nice challenge.

4 Different types of carts. Well, very different designs and sizes. Gradually, some carts are starting to look like moving racks.

All this in order to set up the warehouse, order picking area and packing area as flexibly as possible. Here too answered to the customer's request and dimensions. In this case a serious, but for us "trial order" of 20, in 4 different types, carts to be delivered. From this assignment, 3 carts have been photographed. The above carts: made the smallest using our standard sizes. This cart with a bottom size of 60*80 and a height of 215, has 4 shelves. Middle cart, standard size 120*80 high 215, has 5 shelves. Largest cart with bottom dimensions 120*180 and high 215,5 to 6 shelves. Also take into account the load weight of the carts. They are all produced in such a way that they can be optimally loaded. With a different load, i.e. more weight than what the carts are currently designed for, adjustments can be made fairly easily in wheel type and security. Is/was not necessary in this case. All carts equipped with standard 100 mm. braked castors.

We have indicated for some time that we can supply "Custom Carts", "Ask the question, and we will think along with you".

Based on this principle, we were asked to build very specific carts, if that was possible?

 And, that's possible!

A specialist tailor-made company requires a cart with a different bottom size and structure. Want to use own shelf material, which must be able to be inserted. Base of 55*95 and height of 200cm.

A very special question for a Webshop. A cart with bottom size 200*100 and height 210 and also a cart with bottom 45*85 and height 210, 3 sides of which are fitted with mesh.
